The website shows up in a Google seach as an advertisement. OnlineAddressChange.net. There are many reported scams like this reported for similar websites. The user is expecting the USPS, but with an advertisement, misled. Once they get your address and credit card information, they inform you that you have been charge $30 and that you can only get $25 back as a refund. There is no warning of how much you are going to be charged. There is no chance to review information. They could have said at the end, hey we charged you $5000. Thanks. Shouldn’t one need to be told what they are being charged before being charged? T
