Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
They have ads for "flash sales" where a limited number of watches are free or dramatically reduced in price. Shipping and handling is $10. It appears to be a trendy San Francisco start-up, but the watches supposedly are shipped from China and always "caught in customs" or "on there way." After 3 months, I have not even received a tracking number for my order, despite repeated inquiries. Initially, the customer service responded assuring me the watch would arrive soon and that there had been a large number of orders slowing down the system. However, they eventually stopped responding to e-mails. That being said, the website seems incredibly legitimate. They have reviews from many people and what looks like active social media. They even let you pay through Amazon.
