I got an email saying l bought a large screen television, and to call 855-965-4561 if I didn’t make the purchase. I called, and a man with an Indian accent told me to go to Walmart and buy a card. He had the last four digits of my credit card number. He wanted me to stay on the phone with him while I went to Walmart. I hung up and canceled my card. I could hear kids in the background.

From Live Chat. I received a text from 216-208-3335 in Ohio. Acting like they were Amazon. Telling me my account was locked and to click on a link to unlock it. I did and found out this is fraud. I want to report these people so they don’t do this to anyone else. I had to freeze all my credit accounts. Can you help find them?

Caller was a robocall from 610-770-3280. They said they were Amazon calling to see if I made a charge to my account using my American Eagle card. The charge was for $77.00.

I called Amazon rahter than calling the number back and they said it was not them and that my acocunt did not have any charges on it. Then I called the number back and they answered Amazon Customer Servi8ces. I told them to take me off their calling lists and that I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and the FTC.

I was looking online for a work at home job. Amazon called me and offered me a job for $27 an hour. They did not leave a number, they wanted me to go to the website. When I went to the website it didn’t look right.

Pretends to be Amazon.com when you call, has their phone number above listed on internet as Amazon. Tells customer that there is suspicious activity on their account. Says they will suspend your account and asks you to open up a new one and give your credit card. If you say no to that, they tell you to go right to a third party store such as a CVS and get a google card for them to restore your account. This made no sense to me and my husband. Then we asked for a supervisor and he said his name was Ron Parker. Said they really were Amazon when we became suspicious. The men who answer the phone are hard to understand and do not speak English very well. Tells you that soneone used your account for an iPhone 10 that costed $1,100.00 in the past few days, but they won’t cancel your account until you provide the credit card affiliated with the account.

I mistakenly gave them my first and last name, address, enail, and they have my cell phone number. I reached the real company and learned that I was originally not talking to Amazon although they claim to be. I am concerned that they now have my information, but I did not give them a credit card number.

Person called saying they were from Amazon and left 3 messages that I was charged 3 different fees for Amazon Prime. That I probably pressed the bubble when I ordered. They said I needed a protection plan that would cost $109 to cover for Amazon prime. I said I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO DO ANYTHING and I hung up.

I continue to get text message about working at home for Amazon but the site name they give "Amazonriches.org" goes to a site at the following address: https://profitsnews.pw/rpopssd?a=767&s1=10516&s2=125033599&reqid=886… The phone mail is from Sarah stating that I could earn $27.50/hour working from home. Where I realized it was a scam was: 1. I previously was getting text messages in reference to the same job opportunity and now they have gone to voicemails. 2. Sounds prerecorded. 3. You must pay in order to get a spot.

I have always been told that if you have to pay anything, it is a SCAM. Please prove me wrong! I need a job! These people are praying on desperate unemployed or underemployed people.
