I purchased Apple AirPodpros from a vendor on Alibaba.com and was told the items were going to be delivered. The items went through customs and were seized. Customs stated the items were seized due to them not being authentic and the wiring in the headphones were dangerous. I emailed the seller she tried to tell me the items were delivered and no one was home so it wasn’t her problem. Which I have proof the delivery was never attempted the items shipped to Jacksonville and then they were seized. I contacted alibaba.com and they tried to tell me that the items were still in transit that’s why I don’t have them and that they weren’t seized. After having to continue to tell them to contact customs they finally claim that customs confirmed that they were seized but it’s my fault to get them out of customs and pay the tax. They stated they will not refund me my money if I don’t get a letter from customs in 2 days when they know customs said they will be sending out letters in 30 days. This is a total scam and they are refusing to refund my money.
