I made my purchase of silver coins from this company back in May. I was told there is a delay in shipment so I will not be getting my order until 3-4 weeks later. I emailed them again in July and was told they didn’t process my order until a week ago so I would have to wait longer. Now it’s August and I still don’t have my order yet. They are not responding to my email and their phone is always the answering service that doesn’t get answered by an actual person. I have requested numerous time that they either ship my order out or refund my money, in which they have done neither. And now they are not responding back to me completely.
