There is not enough space here to describe the entire situation. Bottom line is that I was contacted by someone who claimed to be Bishop Hilliard on my Instagram page regarding CNN IFC grant. The imposter told me to apply with his attorney Phillip Miner, who told me I should pay a fee. I felt I was being pressured to pay a fee $750, and I also but felt threatened if I didn’t pay more because they have my personal information. I said I only have $200 to pay the fee. The attorney accepted that but came back a few minutes later and insisted that I pay another $439 plus $20 for IFC fees I requested to cancel but the attorney kept pressuring me. I figured out this was a scam. The imposter of Bishop Hilliard sent me pictures of a house he wanted to buy and someone who paid what they asked and got money. The imposter also pressured me to pay more and I said I can’t do this, I have to cancel. But harassment has continued.
