When the country is in a pandemic and they are offering items that you need, scam you for extra shipping money and the product arrives months after it was promised and they don’t refund your money. I too ordered products from this company and paid for expedited shipping and after 2 months, continuous emails to company, and opening a claim with PayPal, nothing happened. PayPal has now refunded my money when I had the same issue as you, but it took a lot of emails and persistence with them! I also had waited almost 8 weeks for my items to arrive. Good luck! I ordered face masks, cleaning supplies, and gloves from this company. I ordered them from a company in the USA on 05/4/2020. I never received the products. I disputed the order through Paypal May 19 due to not hearing anything from the Company. Once I disputed through Paypal I found out that it’s supposed to come from China, and not the USA as the website stated. So far I have not received my refund back from Paypal. I googled a very nice brand of wipes my office was using and somehow this company came up…so i ordered thinking it would be same product. I placed 2 separate orders from this company on 5/1/2020. Only I thought I was ordering from Home-Goods.shop. It took 30 days to get the first one. Paper towels that were very expensive and 2 rolls half the size of normal paper towels. Ordered 20 rolls of toilet paper for over $50. Still don’t have them as of 6/13/2020. You only get automated emails initially to inquires and then nothing. Only time I got one from a person was when PayPal contacted them. Purchased an item and after weeks with no response, I contacted the email address identified as the seller in my PayPal account. I was notified by another company that it was a fraudulent address and I notified them they were also being scammed by the company who is using their address. The item came after one month and two weeks and it is not as described and I dont know how to return it. PayPal has been sent a tracking number which they added to my dispute, but not the tracking of the item is not the concern, it is the return of the item and there is no way to locate the company. I also noted several scam alerts on the company that are now on the internet as well as in PayPal Community.

The company is a scam for sure. I ordered some sports bras on April 18 and never received them. Like others have said, they send you a shipping confirmation number that never works, they tell your package was lost, then give you the run around. I have opened a case with Paypal, however their customer service rep is now emailing me to close the case or they wont refund me. At this point, the $50 that i wasted is not important enough to me to close the case, I would rather raise the flag in hopes that Paypal stops allowing these scammers to use their platform to steal money.

The item I was sent is a FRAUD. I ordered what was supposed to be multi-pattern pair of led spinning poi and was sent a single very cheap plastic flashlight, NOT poi. I emailed them the same day I received it, politely asking for a refund.

I received automated reply asking pictures of the item with tracking number and SKU.
Which I sent them right away.

I filed a claim with PayPal, but I doubt they will do anything. The next step will be to report the charge to my credit card company. There are so many claims and complaints about this fraudulent company, you’d think PayPal would take this more seriously. I noticed when filing the claim, I had to check a box accepting that my reported claim was true on the consequence of losing my PayPal account. Yet this seller is able to continue to use PayPal to scam hundreds of people out of their hard-earned money. Do not bother to contact the retailer. I’m in the process of claiming back through PayPal for two multi function car seat organisers I ordered 3 weeks ago. They never arrived and I don’t want. Why haven’t they been shut down?.. Disgrace!
My experience was similar. Also equally bad. They tried to reimburse me and told me it would cost me more to return ship it and I was only entitled to a 20% reimbursements. After paying for expedited shipping. I still waited 50 days to be shipped the wrong item on a 5-7 day shipping charge.

I ordered items at 2019.11.24. I have chosen and PAYED for VIP Shipping (3-7 days)!!! It was $11. They sent me an order confirmation email that had a link to my order showing a 404 – Page not found page. After days I wrote them an email that something was wrong, they sent me another order confirmation link in return that points to a not existing article again (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article).
Meanwhile I have waited another weeks after deadline the event I wanted to use the item has been passed… So item is so useless to me hence. I told them to get my money back I didn’t need item anymore – they can’t…. Because they have chosen the cheapest (in spite of that I payed for VIP shipping) and worst way of shipping I had a lot of inconvenience to get the items personally at domestic post office at 2019.12.18. Being 22 days late for deadline! But arrived finally, I opened up package and I found 3 tiny and thin sacks for 35,98 USD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The webshop’s website doesn’t show pictures on the package itself that its small so misleading. I suppose pictures must have been taken of other products that are similars only. I found products on internet similar that are at half prize and much bigger.
It is 2019.12.30. and they stopped answering emails I think ( 4 days passed since last email – they have written me general things on how they were sorry and would make me satisfied on some ways in return I said I wanted refund )
