I found a Siamese kitten on their website that I wanted so I filled out the application. Rueben Alpha responded via email and said the kitten would cost $500.00 which included shipping. He had me send the funds via Zelle. Then he said the shipping company (Subways Pet Delivery, LTD Website : https://subwayspetdelivery.com/tracking/ Phone : (904) 419-3018) would contact me the next morning. When Subways contacted me, they wanted me to send them $905.00 for a special crate that followed COVID requirements that I would get back upon delivery of the kitten. After I sent the money, they said the kitten would arrive that evening. Later that evening, they said the flight had been delayed and as they didn’t ship kittens overnight, they would send my kitten out the next morning. The next morning they sent me a message saying the kitten would arrive at 3:45 pm. At 2pm I received a message from them saying they needed an additional $600.00 to get the kitten from the airport to my house. Once I sent them that (again via Zelle) I never heard from them again nor did I ever get the kitten.

I searched online for Siamese kittens. I was contacted by Ruben Alphs, saying the kitten I saw online was available and ready to ship. Price was $400 for the cat and $100 for shipping which was to include the shipping crate, etc. I sent the $500 as instructed. Shipper, Subways Pet Delivery, contacted me to say I needed to rent a different crate at a RENTAL cost of $905 which they said would be refunded when the cat was delivered. At that point I knew I was a victim. I refused to pay for the crate. Then all communication ceased. I tried to stop payment but it was too late. No cat, money gone. I fined a claim through Amex and PayPal. This is a criminal scam.
