On 4/27/2020, I ordered a Retractable Pet Trailer. I received the email confirmation. A few weeks later I received a tracking number. This order was to be tracked on 17TRACH App or online at 17track.net. Once I tracked the package, I realized it was being sent from China when the website address was in WA. I exchanged several emails with the company at [email protected], [email protected] regarding a refund, which I was told the package was delayed due to COVID and they could not refund me because the order had already shipped. Today, 84 days later, July 29, 2020 – I received a package from China. The small package included 4 COVID masks.
