Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I initially was sent a link to their site, which looked exactly like the official Croc website. I ordered the pair of pastel tie dye crocs. I waited a few weeks which I thought was due to covid, when it was actually due to the fact that my order was coming from China. Crocs is not a company based in China. I contacted customer support and waited days for a response. They then responded and asked me for photos of what I received, which I sent to them. I was then told I would be hearing from the customer support team. I did not. That was 3 days ago. Today I received another pair of shoes which again were not what I ordered (they were teal colored this time). I requested a refund not an exchange. And I once again went looking for the site to contact customer support only for me to realize the site was no longer listed. It no longer existed.
