Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I received an email from this company regarding a pre-approval of a $3000 loan with them on October 15, 2015. From that date they keep sending me e-mail saying the same thing. Since I unfortunately lost my job and my credit is bad I do not qualify for hardly anything.
They misrepresented themselves by saying that since they do not ask for documentation or credit rating they need the first payment upfront. I foolishly sent $200 first payment in Moneygram to a Kassandra Martin in Florida. Please take note this company is supposedly operating in New York. After that I expected my loan and they said that since they are not asking for anything they needed insurance from the FDIC and that was $450. I told them that I didn’t have any money and they said okay just send $250 which again I stupidly did send again to Kassandra Martin in Florida. After that they said we cannot give you the loan because you need to pay the remaining $200 which I sent to a Regina Rubble in Florida. The persons who were telling me this were David Holcomb and Joe Williams. After that I was expecting my loan to be deposited but Joe Williams told me that he could not do it because the $450 payment had to be done in one payment. Then he said he was going to send my file to be cancelled. After that he said I was going to get my refund $650 in 25 days and I said I needed faster. Then he said that he was going to send it in one week. I called today and I said that I would be expecting my refund this Friday. Joe Williams said that he could not process the refund because I have to pay a cancellation fee of $220. These people are scammers and they need to be shut down.
I called Joe Williams and David Holcomb on 10/23/2015 and 10/27/2015. 10/28/2015 and today 11/03/2015.
