I was asked to send up front $650 for a lottery I won by random selection for low income, widowed, divorces, or retired with these funds. They said I won $90,000. I need to know if this is lagitimate. I do fit into this and they had my personal information like name address phone number age what sex birthday and my income. It is called 2018 Lottery Program. They say the up front money is for security and federal tax and UPS will be delivering a box and I will receive a tracking number. It sound similar to scams I have heard of before and need to know if this is lagitamite!
