Called me and said they had a buyer for my time share. They then sent a contract signed by a fictitious buyer and informed me they would need $120.00 for a title search in order to close the deal. I sent the money via western union and was told the closing documents would be delivered UPS December 8th (yesterday) I called today …. no answer. I goggled their web site and see a note "business closed". I didn’t loose much but others need to be warned against this scam!!!
