William Lee said she had won a $9,200.00 grant for "not have a police records, paying her bills and being a good citizen". She would need to go to Walgreen’s and purchase and register a iTunes card in the amount of $250. He told her to call him from Walgreen’s after she has purchased the iTunes card and that she will get the $250 back. The caller ID on the first call (Collie Robins) was "000-000-0000" who asked her to call 202-643-9672. He asked for her name and age and zip code.
