Opened a yahoo email account, within a month started getting an email from Frontier Communications stating my invoice was ready for payment, needed to call an set up an account. Owed $271 and then $233. Phone number on email is not the one on website.

A foreign man keeps calling the business I work for from a non-valid number stating he is from Frontier Communications. He is needing to update our number in the telephone book and needs additional personal information to make the changes or our number will be listed incorrectly. I have called the number back and it goes to a law office in California who has no record of why someone would be calling from Frontier Communications. This happens 1-2 times a week.

Called claimed to be from Frontier Communications and stated bill was overdue and needed credit card number to take care of it immediately. Consumer asked for her name to be removed and then hung up. She knows she does not owe Frontier any money.
