I placed an order with flipthetrend.com on November 4, 2017 for a "High Quality Soft Comfortable Dog Bed For All Dog Breeds". On November 26 I contacted them about the status of my order and was told it was on its way and would be delivered within 10-14 days. Again in December and January I contacted them again via chat and was told the same thing. In February I requested a refund of my money and STILL havent received my refund, or my dog bed. They have now deleted their website so there are no means to contact them again.
