You are informed that you have won a sweepstakes. They enclose a check for MORE THAN the processing fee you have to pay to collect your winnings. You are advised to contact your claims agent at the number and name provided (David Hull) to activate your claim processing and your check. The letter is from Rita Adams, Promotion Manager. There is a tear off at the bottom that you are supposed to give the courier when you receive your check for $250,000 that has a space for your name, address, claim number, and signature. Then it has an emergency phone number of +44-745-227-6520.

I received a phone call from Fidelity Financial Inc. They told me that I was a winner in the US- European- North American Sweepstakes. I had won $250,000. They told me to send a check for $2,350 to pay for processing and I would get 35 payments delivered by carrier.
