Asked to press windows key with R, then type hh h. Asked to change jump URL to fastsupport.com. Said he is from Microsoft.

Basically, a phishing scam malware phone call. I led them on for about 15 min because I knew they were scammers. Just want to put this out there if you ever receive a call from them. They won’t be calling me house phone ever again.. think I scared them enough!
They said they are from Microsoft and I have viruses on my computer. I have a proof of and was video taping our phone conversation.
