Type of a scam Nigerian/Foreign Money Exchange
I was contacted by a individual who stole a picture of an elder woman and used it for a twitter account of @latonia4040. Claiming to be dieing of cancer in 2 months, she needs to give me her inherited amount of $10 MILLION to be used for hurting individuals. The contact information given was for a Dr. Nnamdi Okonkwo at Fidelity Bank of Nigeria. Being that I have no idea who this individual really is, and they DO NOT KNOW ME, I googled the doctors name and immediately became aware of the scams this individual has been using for SEVERAL YEARS!!! Many have fallen victim to this scam and actually sent money for a "will distribution postage fee" or similar charges. I refused to give my email information nor any personal information, however I am being continually contacted on my Twitter account by this person demanding my contact information and bank information. Please do not fall for this scam!!
