We were contacted by Brian Miller (901-614-2958) who represented Frayser Village Resort to sell our timeshare

that was located in South Carolina. He said he had a buyer for our timeshare, Bluegreen Resort, and all we had to do was send them $185. On closing cost, seller shall pay $75.52 for city & county transfer tax; $99.48 title search fee; and $17 for money transfer fee. They sent us paperwork to sign and return — we did not sign because we felt it may have been a scam. Instead, we are going to contact our resort to inquire if they offer a resale program.
