We hired flagship van lines to do our moving from ** to ** back in June 25 and they picked up all of our stuff and everything looked good and now it’s been 3 months and we haven’t heard anything from them we tried contacting them multiple times but they don’t pick up we lost our 1,800$ dollar deposit and lost about 10,000$ dollars worth of furniture and all of our things.

I googled moving companies and was contacted immediately via email regarding this company. I gave her my number and she called me to discuss the move and contents of my home. After I completed an inventory sheet, she sent me an estimate of the move. It was way below other companies. I signed the electronic consent and gave them a deposit just under 1000.00. No additional emails or follow up happened. I started calling last week of May, into first week of June, and no one answered the phone. Random voice messages and nothing else! Out the money but at least they don’t have my household goods!
