They offered cheap rate airline tickets. Even they showed itenerary with name which we confirmed with airline along with seat number and meal.
Then they requested funds through Western Union to India , once the funds were transferred the reservation was removed from airline system and there was no confirmation.
We contacted them several times , at first they call it a system glitch then they stopped responding to our calls.
We contacted authorities but since they are in India no one can touch them.
Please beware of these out of country travel agents and avoid paying them cash at all cost.
