Type of a scam Debt Collections
They have sent me a Summons of Garnishment stating Garnishment Notification and Arrest Notice if I do not pay them $750.25. They have my bank info. my social security number. The Summons does not state the the original person I owe this money to, nor does it have a contact phone number, they want everything done by email.
