Letter in the mail stating I was winner in a "sweepstakes raffle draw". Supposedly won when using debit card purchase at Safeway, Walmart, Walgreen’s, Super Value, Costco, Kroger Delhaize, Target, CVS Pharmacy, Sears, 7-Eleven Tesco etc. Won $880,000, check for $8,980.69 enclosed to " help towards processing/clearance fee payment of $7,480 for your winnings". My balance of $871,020 is awaiting authorization for release. From Norman Biuman, Promotions Manager. Did not call based on information on this site from others who received similar letters.
