Frank has been ripping people off for knockoff Walt Disney World shirts for over 3 years now. He not only changes the costs on how much he likes you but also gouges on shipping costs. There have been private investigations done against this man and found that few if any shirts are ever recieved, as well as he has never paid taxes on the thousands of dollars he has made off the scam. Mr Goodman also used a PayPal in his minor son’s name, which is due to the fact that PayPal has banned him from ever having one in his name due to fraudulent activity.
