Type of a scam Debt Collections
Contacted with a supposed debt from First Recovery Systems debt from J.D. Marketing over a payday loan check which I paid in 2009 that they said I had not ever paid. I know that I did pay it. I will check with my bank to find out what information they have. They would not give me information about date of check or how much the amount was. They threatened to take me to court if I do not pay. I do not owe this money to them.
