We had a similar experience others have described about this business at bbb.com. In our case we booked A rental via air bnb first. Then they got our contact info, cancelled the reservation, and asked us to re-book it through their own site at a discount so they could save on fees. They would only accept PayPal, Venmo, or direct deposit. No credit cards. We realized it was a scam before paying. Beware.
