Type of a scam Online Purchase

On April 28, 2020 I ordered two kayaks from Fibare.com . On May 1st I received an e-mail from Fibare.com with the tracking number. On June 3, 2020 I received the package with the correct tracking number. On the outside of the package it listed 1 handkerchief. I have attached a scan of the outside of the package with the description of its contents as printed by the seller. Inside the package were two cheap white face masks. I have tried repeatedly in the last two days to contact the seller. First I tried [email protected] and 1 (205) 494-7844 which are listed on the website. I received no response from the e-mail and the phone number is no longer in service. I have tried [email protected] which is the e-mail listed on the PayPal transaction and I have tried [email protected] The daviddalton e-mail received no response and the vpp.help email is undeliverable. Please help me to get my money back and report this company as fraudulent!
