Perpetrators of this website have stated they provide test guides that operate from a program that has recent information on how to test for various college courses through CLEP or DSST. The perpetrators send a false program that does not work and then replace it with an email with inaccurate information. (bait and switch). The perpetrators charge $26.95 as their fee for the inaccurate information they provide.
