Husband received message via messenger telling him to contact Michael Dillaguardia @ 949-216-7570. Can’t call it is a text phone. I texted him to get info. He told me our daughter qualified for grant we were to choose how much $ we wanted, pay a shipping fee for UPS courier to deliver package to doorstep. After researching and husband speaking with his cousin realizing this is a major scam.
