This showed up on my Instagram/Facebook as an "ad" – I checked their reviews on the website and had a strong following so I proceeded with making an order for a friend’s recently deceased dog of $23.95 on February 19. I initiated contact with them via their e-mail support on March 1st and have since gotten several repetitive answers, no option for a refund, and they delete my comments from their social media sites when I am asking for an update on my order status. I was able to retrieve the contact information (phone and address) from my Discover statement.
