As with many others on this site, ordered the “free” only pay shipping dog beds in NOVEMBER 2017, no phone to call, chat dropped several times, emailed several times advised size ordered back ordered which would make sense except ordered all sizes and was not told of back order then was told had to specifically request money back and to send product anyway when it came in so I did. Did get some money back not all but it is now MARCH 2018 and still no dog beds.

I purchased a coffee color dog bed from FLIP THE TREND on 11/25/2017. It says the order was completed but never shipped out. I used the chat option back in December 2017 and was told their new shipment of beds were damaged and they would send mine out end of december beginning of January 2018 and I will know when it ships because the status will change to ship and provide me with a tracking number. Since then I have not received any product or my money back. I have sent weekly emails asking for my money back or the product and no one responds. There is no chat window anymore and the phone number gets me know where. They are still offering this dog bed at the same offer I bought it as and even saying they have stock on it. This "company" legit ably took my money and ran.

I was scrolling through rescue items off of facebook and saw the add. I assumed it’s on facebook, I’m sure they check before they allow businesses or individuals post spam or pop-ups on their site. Like with my business ads on Facebook. So I picked out 5 beds that were really cheap and ordered them. I already looked at the other complaints so I am positive that this "business" is a scam operation. With so many reports why is this website still functional and not shut down? I’m just going to assume I will not get my money back and will have to get a new debit card which is a pain since my business and personal expenses come out automatically. They don’t seem to be targeting businesses just animal lovers on facebook and who knows where else and convinces us we are getting a great deal. After further inspection of the site there are so many flaws, I’m embarrassed I was tricked by this phony site. It is literally the bare minimum of a wevsite, in every aspect, to steal money. I expect this site and who ever this is scamming people to be stopped and put in jail. I will follow what happens and also report it to a local news crew to spread this faster.

They took my money out of my account that instant in Nov. 14, 2017 And said the product would be shipped within 5-8 days. That came and went and after several email and chat attempts, I asked for a refund on Dec. 21, 2017. They sent me an email almost instantly saying I had been refunded and said to allow 7-10 days for “processing”. Well, here we are today Jan. 4, 2018 And still no refund. I chatted with an “operator” who only told me I have already been refunded, although I’ve never received my funds. And as I tried to ask why I haven’t received them yet, the chat went dead and they stopped responding. Yes, it’s only $5, however, it’s MY $5 and stealing is a crime. According to other posts I’ve read on Facebook, I am not the only one who has been “stolen” from.
