Type of a scam Online Purchase
We found a website posting under free car fax and it asked for one dollar. The dollar was to be paid by pay pal. We thought we were paying by pay pal but no/ it was a scam- they charged our card $149.99. My concern is do they now have my VIN AND ADDRESS??
