Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased three items, including a pair of shoes, from this site on July 31st, 2020. Shortly after making the purchase, I realized there were no reviews on the site, so I began to search for some. I discovered a website called "Honest Reviews," that had resealed this company and discovered a high probability that it was a scam. Further, many purchasers had commented under the article revealing that they had in fact been scammed by this company. I went back to the website within an hour of my purchase and tried to cancel it. I was informed that the items had already shipped. Since then, I have heard nothing. The website says that the order was ready on August 1, 2020, but this is August 14, and the item is still sitting there with no update. The seller posted a comment on the shipment that says the following: "We could not determine the appropriate carrier for your tracking number." However, there is no tracking number, and why, if they claimed to have shipped it, are they unable to say would the carrier is?
I fully expect that I will not recover either the things I ordered (because I will never receive them), and therefore, I will be unable to return them for a refund. Other people need to know that this company is fraudulent and I believe is scamming me out of my money.
