I was interested in an item but was discouraged at checkout with the pop up deals so I backed out. There was no final confirmation but I was charged for 2 items. I did not go through with the purchase and find this odd they charged my card. I have the email sent still saying my items were at checkout! When I contacted through email above they said I have to pay a $9.95 fee to stop the process. I looked on BBB site and this one, it seems they have done this many times. This site shouldn’t continue business scamming consumers and stealing my credit card info. Please give me some light in this situation on how to move forward. Thanks so much.

I was charged for an order I did not submit. I was interested in a baby crawling mat and proceeded to purchase when I was discouraged by the pop up deals to purchase more items. It was a bit aggressive so I backed out and did NOT have any final confirmation or even made it to shipping! I was charged for 2 mats. I have an email stating my items are still at checkout and another that said I purchased! When I contacted them, email only since they have no social media, a customer service rep David McGuigan said I have to pay a $9.95 charge to stop the order. I’m still disputing as we speak. Complete theft!

I ordered car vacuum and seat cover massager and they brought me seat cover heater instead and they are refusing to change or refund my money back. Moreover, the vacuum never came or my money being refunded. They were insisting I got what I asked for. Now they have stopped replying to my emails. They are totally scammers.

Ordered a playpen for $150. It’s been almost two months and nothing. Tracking shows that it hasn’t even shipped yet despite the company claiming it’s on the way. They hardly answer their email and they refuse to refund me. I’m currently trying to get a refund through my bank. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This is a scam and I’m so angry that I fell for it.

Ordered a motorcycle helmet April 23rd 2020 , it’s now july 3rd and no helmet , I cannot talk to any person via phone as you leave a voicemail , I’ve recieved one e mail stating its stuck in the hub May 3rd , and to date they will not return my e mails , #Scammed

Ordered a headset and it’s been almost a month and it has not arrived, I’m demanding my money back.

I ordered a body by Jake door gym on April 10th. It had been a few weeks, so I emailed, and asked about the tracking number, and shipping. They got back to me, and said I should receive the tracking number in a few days. I never received it. 30 days went by, and I asked to cancel my order, and for a refund. They stopped replying. So now I’m out 140 dollars.
