When ordering a personalized item from Great Gifters:
– Do not expect to be given a timeframe for shipping
– Do expect your item to take multiple weeks to grind through order received, printing, packaging and quality control, before finally being shipped (Somewhat understandable, it is a personalized item)
– Expect to initiate all correspondence with the company any time you want to find out why you have not received your order
– Once you have a tracking number, expect its status to remain “EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER” for at least 10 days
– Overall, expect it to take over 40 days from the time you place your order until you receive it
– When the package arrives, expect a good laugh when you read “Time sensitive material” on the package
– Also, expect to receive a two-dimensional ornament resembling a “Shrinky Dink”, even though the website clearly shows a three-dimensional product, the primary reason I chose this item.
– Most of all, do not expect that the personalized item will actually have the correct name imprinted on it
– When you contact customer service for the Nth time expect to hear “we will come back with the solution within a few days”, even though you clearly stated that you want a refund for the purchase price and shipping.
-When you finally do get a refund do not expect to get a complete refund. Even though Great Gifters screwed up and sent the wrong item, you will get the pleasure of paying the shipping.

My advice, avoid Great Gifters, or should I say Great Grifters.

Ordered about 3 months ago. Never recieved product. I’ve emailed about 5 times with no response and they dont have a working phone number. Horrible customer service!

I purchased 3 bras. I did receive them but they fix horribly! I have e-mailed them 2 times to ask for information on a return and refund but they have never answered! Beware!
