I purchased the King Fisher “stained glass” ornament and if it’s NOT glass but plastic. Took a LONG time to get it and it is not at all what was advertised. Products from This company should be avoided. Very disappointed!
Like many others I ordered the stained glass kingfisher ornament – no glass whatsoever in the received item which took 4 months to arrive. Numerous emails to the company just got a standard reply, firstly about the length of time it was taking to come then about the item when it arrived.
When I complained they said it stated what it was made of in the advert but this was an outright lie as it states glass in the advert and the item is plastic.
Wish I had seen this site earlier. Absolute garbage!
Received a counterfeit item, they are using photos of actual artists and Etsy shop owners as their own and shipping knock-off items. I asked for a refund, my email was blocked from contacting them again and now I am disputing the charge with my bank. I
Awful experience. I waiting four months for the ‘stained glass kingfisher’ to arrive. Countless requests to cancel my order ignored. It arrived today and is absolutely horrid. It is cheap plastic with a printed transfer on it, not the glass and copper item listed and pictured. I am very very disappointed.

BEWARE of this company-FRAUD!! Website states they are out of Burns, OR. They are NOT! Company is in China and deals in counterfeit merchandise. They steal artists designs and produce and sell cheap copies. Returns to China via USPS for refunds end up costing more than item is worth.

Ordered a cute dire wolf plush was really excited and… I got a complete knock off. And when I emailed them about it… twice, they sent the same thing that just said sorry our product couldn’t meet ur expectations a little bit. And would do nothing about it.
After waiting THREE MONTHS to get a pair of earrings, one came broken. When I contacted them, they said it wasn’t their fault, that it was due to damage in the mail. Well, these thin and pretty fragile earrings were left to bounce around in the box! No cotton padding, no nothing. Of course one broke! They wanted to give me a coupon for another purchase (as if I’d ever buy anything from them again) and then they stopped responding. So I’m out $40 and 3 months for a present I can’t give the intended recipient or anyone else. This company is a complete and total scam.

I purchased a stained glass kingfisher in March 2020. It is July and it has still not been delivered. My experience was exactly the same as 22 reviewers on the ScamPulse.com website for Oregon for this company, which is not a member of the BBB. When I contact them via email (there is no phone number given), they say it is "in shipping", can be tracked (is all in Chinese), and can’t cancel order until it is received and then have to pay for return shipping to China. This company was advertising on Facebook, which is where I saw the kingfisher stained glass. Other reviewers said they either never received merchandise ordered, or if they did receive it, it was nowhere near the product advertised. Would hope you could get this company shut down, it’s a total sham and scam. I wish I had read the reviews on the ScamPulse.com site before having anything to do with this scam outfit.
Hello my order arrived today. The Glass Stained Kingfisher is how do you say nicely A Piece of [censored]. It is nothing but a colored piece of plastic that has been glued to a plastic frame that represents the branchs and leaves. Where is the glass? Where is the copper foil? I have waited months for this crap and all you have ever done is fob me off with “problem at customs”. Please people dont buy from these scammers…

Unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience as others and been totally ripped-off. I just wish I’d seen this website first! After waiting over 2 months, the kingfisher “stained glass ornament” arrived. What a joke. There is no glass. There is no copper foil. It isn’t a stained glass ornament at all. It is a plastic cut-out stuck on a cheap support. Avoid at all costs. It really gets my blood boiling that companies like this get away with selling dodgy products over and over again…
After more than 3 months, I finally got my feather suncatchers. They were cheap plastic knockoffs-not stained glass, as stated in the original description. All 3 were broken! They responded to my first email by basically saying “too bad, you got exactly what you ordered”and WILL NOT reply to any other emails. This is a scam site-stay away!
Similar experience as other buyers, the description and photo depicted a piece with glass and copper foil, black patina, etc. The lightweight colored piece of plastic I received was badly scratched after a long delay in shipment. Will call Pay-Pal.
Thankfully I don’t experience this type of deception and purposeful abuse of trust often. I hope this company receives its just rewards.
I ordered 2 Kingfisher stained glass ornaments. One for myself and one for my daughter. The one that was to go to my daughter house has been lost in Chian and 2 months. The tracking number has stayed in the same place for one month. The company says it is stuck in customs. Well, after I got the one I ordered, I hope it is stuck there forever. When mine arrived, what I got was a thin, plastic cutout of the “Stained glassed” one pictured. They take a picture of another company’s item and then make a cheap copy of it. OMG. The “Ornament” was nothing like picture or discribed. This is a company from China, and they love ripping off the Americans. I wish Facebook would protest the people using their site and check out these companies selling on it.
I ordered from them and never received the item– I suggest calling paypal or your bank (however you paid) and explain that you NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM
even if you did, their overseas tracking stops updating after it enters the US. so they can NEVER prove that you received it!

What arrived is a plastic copy and very poor one at that. It was described as “Spectrum Glass, Copper foil, Black Patina, Wax” but this is simply acrylic with a print on the rear.
In the same boat as the others here who bought one of the dire wolf plushes. Waited 3 months to get a piece of garbage for my wife.. Left a 1 star review on their site with the photo and it immediately disappeared off the product page upon reloading. Contacted the actual Etsy creator who’s images they’re using to sell the knock-off after I did a search to see if it was in fact stolen media.
hey! just want to say, I ordered the same thing (I never received it though)– I was able to get a refund from Paypal. I would suggest you try either contacting your bank or however you paid for this– and just LIE and say you never received it.
They’ll try to provide a tracking number, but since it came from China, the tracking quits as soon as the thing enter the US, so they won’t be able to prove you ever got it!
It’s worth a try! THIS COMPANY SUUUUCKS
My daughter ordered two Rainbow Feather Suncatchers for me from this site for Mothers Day. Upon opening them, I found to my great disappointment that they were plastic rubbish only, and not the stained glass with copper foil as represented on their website. When emailed, this was their disgraceful, craven response: ‘Thanks for reaching us and sorry for our late reply. We are so sorry if the product did not meet your expectations a little, but it is exactly the item you ordered from us. Always we do show the information of every item (size/ materials/ function/ operation) in the description. We are so sorry if it has caused confusion for you and hope to receive your forgiveness on this matter. Ordered a stained glass suncatcher, received a cheap plastic piece of garbage. They defended they product despite their own description being fraudulent. PayPal will only refund me if I return it at my expense. I will be filing a claim for return shipping as well.
I placed an order in February 2020 and 90 days later, still have no package or refund. Each time I emailed, they provided the same bogus tracking number and excuse for me to just wait. I’ve had to open a dispute with PayPal. They sell cheap knockoffs of original ideas, so morally, they are REPUGNANT and their business is shameful. AVOID AT ALLLLLLLL COSTS.
I went through the same thing– pay pal refunded me, I called their customer service and explained that I read horrible reviews and also never received the item.
there’s a trick about china post tracking– as soon as the package enters the US it can’t update the info, so even if you receive the thing THEY CAN’T PROVE IT!
I would suggest just calling paypal customer service, they were really understanding!
I am currently filing a claim with PayPal. This company needs to be stopped. Item I ordered 2 months ago still not arrived and they avoid my questions about selling cheap copies! The thought that they are stealing pictures off of crafters websites makes me sick!
I was able to get a refund from paypal- I called customer service and explained how bad the reviews for this site are, the company will keep trying to reply to the dispute with the tracking number– but if you call and actually talk to someone they should refund you
I ordered a metal barbed wire corner spider web. I have included the description of the item I ordered.. I received a cheap plastic dollar store web.. When I emailed them about it, they said it was exactly what I ordered and due to the items being handmade they could be different from the picture… Well come to find out the pictures they posted are stolen and in no way is the plastic piece I received handmade.. It is a cheap manufactured plastic spider web.. Total garbage…

So basically we hear you but are not doing anything about it. I sent another e-mail and they didn’t respond so I requested a refund and still no response. Anyone who reads this be sure to pass it on and make sure no one buys these products. I found the person who is really selling this product and am informing them. Hopefully something will happen to stop these people.
