I can’t imagine how many people have order the painting from drawlify during covid. I ordered 3 paintings from them in april. After months and months of emailing them back and forth. I was lucky enough to received my orders the beginning of Oct. Overall.. this company definitely don’t know how to run their business. Sucky part is all the orders are ship from China. But it’s still unacceptable for not providing us with a legit tracking numbers. All they keep saying is because of covid. Other than that.. I’m glad 2 of the painting actually came out very nice. Hope all of you going to get your orders soon because for sure.. they won’t refund you.

I ordered a paint by number iN APRIL. Spent $36 or so never received. Every month i have reached out to get a update and every month i was sent to a broken website tracking number. Finally in August i received an email admitting to the loss of shipment and them asking if i wanted a 10% discount refund. That was a complete joke since 4 months had already gone by. I wanted my painting and a FULL refund felt was only fair and legit. Her it is now October 3rd no refund no painting and yes i emailed them yet again.

I placed an order for one painting for $24.95 on 4/7/20 which I never received. Got an order confirmation with a tracking number, which never worked or moved from “order received”. I emailed several times when nothing was received 3 weeks later as promised only to be told that because of COVID-19 things were delayed in customs. I requested a refund after about 2 months only to be told that you can’t receive a refund until a product is received and returned. Worst refund policy ever. Eventually the tracking number was no longer valid and my order even disappeared from their system and my order number was not valid. They finally agreed to refund me in August, but over a month later, still no refund, just more excuses of running AP staff on a minimum and collecting/processing all the refund requests they have received all at once.
I have reported them to the Trade Commission. Better Business Bureau is next, along with VISA.
This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The screen shot of the last email I received about it was July 12th and I had asked for a refund but no refund allowed until you recieve the package and send it back. Stupid!

I ordered 2 of the paint kits from this website in March. Received an email immediately after my purchase confirming my purchase & an estimated arrival date of middle of April. It is now about to be September & I STILL have not received my items. I have contacted their customer service MULTIPLE times asking for more info on my product & all they kept saying was that due to the pandemic their orders were backed up…but for almost 6 MONTHS? At that point I wanted my money back but they refused by saying that I would have to wait until my items arrived for me to get my money back but at that point why would I want to do that? Countless of emails were exchanged & I still have not received neither my money back nor my items. Needless to say, I am beyond annoyed.

I ordered $87.82 worth of draw by numbers April 23rd and still have not received my order. This is a total scam. PayPal must be a part of it because they won’t let me file a claim. Drawlify AKA [email protected] will send you a tracking number that says the item is being sent to some logistics center in China only for the trail to end there. Why? Because no item was really sent. THE FBI needs to get involved in this.

I ordered two paints in April. Have not seen any communication about shipping and then when I reached out one month later, they blamed the shipping carrier. I have had NUMEROUS packages arrive just fine from other companies. When I asked for a tracking number it says it was shipped on March 9th and that’s it. It’s JULY 21 and still NOTHING. When I demanded my money back they said since it’s shipped they can’t refund me. So I paid $$ for an order I never recieved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! WHAT A SCAM!

I order two paintings in April 2020. The next day I received a confirmation email stating it would take five days to process. I was sent a tracking number that is impossible to track as it says my order was processed May 16, 2020. I received a follow-up email asking what I thought. I replied to this email to let them know that I was very disappointed with their customer service and shipping. During this email I stated I would like a refund and then I could not wait for the shipping I never received another email reply. Today I got an email stating that my shipping has been updated, when I checked the updated shipping it had the same information as before. Reading the reviews here I see that all the information is duplicate and that this is a scam. Please take our advice and do not buy from Drawlify

Never received product or a refund. I placed my order of $162.67 on 4/26. I followed up via email multiple times asking for an update. I was told each time that there were delays due to COVID19 but that it was on its way. When checking the tracking number, it says the item was in process as of 5/16… but as of today (July 16) the item still isn’t showing in transit. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not order.

I asked for a refund 1 month ago, no response. I will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute it and hopefully they can. Do not order from here!

I placed a order on 4/14/20. The website at the time and STILL says currently that the item I ordered is “in stock” and ships out in 24 HOURS. I received a shipping notification email, on 5/14/20. One month after ordering. The email states to “use the tracking number listed below.” Funny because there was no tracking number listed on the email. When you click the “track your package” button…shocking! The website says “tracking is currently unavailable” and has been listed that way on the website since I received that email in May! It’s July 11th, yet that tracking is still currently unavailable. It’s been nearly 3 months with no order. When you contact customer service you get fake tracking numbers that you can’t track. They won’t refund your money until you get your order, which you never do, so there’s the real scam.

I ordered two framed paint by number kits at the beginning of the quarantine in early March. I still have not received anything. As everyone else has said, they said the delay was due to the pandemic but it has been 3 and a half months with two bum tracking numbers from them, neither of which has been updated since 5/1/2020. Two months ago! They refuse refunds. I was scammed out of $85. Now I have learned my lesson. Terrible customer service and “Scottie” can kiss my ***.

This company needs to be shut down. I don’t know how it is still able to be used in ads etc. it’s wrong to allow it to still be able to “operate.” They are a total scam. It has been 3 months since ordering and I still haven’t received anything: I messaged them asking for a refund and have messaged back and forth for two months. They continue saying they can’t refund me and then say their tracking system is broken and not working, then a few messages later they’ll send me a fake tracking number and it doesn’t work. This company is stealing people’s money left and right! Look at all their reviews. Shut them down.

Ordered 2 items on April 3rd. Contacted the company in May because my tracking number never updated. They responded with a new tracking link. The new link showed that my package was "in transit" but it said that for over a month, so I contacted the company again in June.

Scotte said they can’t issue a refund or do anything until I receive the package. It’s basically a scam where your package stays "in transit" but never actually gets delivered. They say there’s nothing they can do until you get your package……which you’re never going to get.

I ordered a paint by numbers and set of paint brushes from Drawlify. I found Drawlify through and advertisement on Facebook. I ordered the products on March 30th, 2020. I opened several help tickets over the next couple of months. The tracking information they provided never worked. They blamed Covid for the delay. I finally received the product over two months later. No frame for the picture included as advertised.

I asked for a return shipping label and they said I would have to pay for the international shipping to return it from the U.S. to Germany, which USPS said would have costed over $150. They have a Cancellation window of 30 days, but at that point I was still hopeful to receive my items. Customer service was awful and full of excuses. I want to warn anyone I can not to buy from this awful company!

I’m not sure how to classify this but this company sells paint by number kits online. You place your order and then they give you a tracking number that doesn’t work. I received a shipping confirmation on April 4. It does say it ships internationally. After 5-6 weeks, I still had not seen any updates or my order. I contacted customer support, they said there was a delay with the shipping company. A week later, I called the shilling company and they said they never received the product from the seller. I then told this to the company and requested a refund. They refused because they have a policy saying that they only allow refunds within 30 days after receiving the product. I researched and saw many complaints about this company with hundreds of posts of individuals having an identical situation to mine. The company is not responding to my emails anymore. I’ve reported their profiles on Pinterest and Instagram. They also have another website set up under a different name. It’s called Paintoly.

I purchased a product from them on 03/29/2020, knowing that it could be up to 25 days for delivery. After finally receiving a tracking number on 04/17/2020, which I confirmed did not work, I email the company. They responded that there was some delay due to COVID-19 and it may take a few more days. I wrote to them again 04/30/2020 after confirming the tracking number still didn’t work. They told me the item shipped on 05/01/2020. I confirmed this was incorrect, this shipping company says the order is still processing, and I still haven’t received my product as of 05/20/2020.

Absolutely do not buy from this company.

Honestly, I’m starting to learn my lesson not to click stupid ads on social media. It’s sad people are taking advantage during this pandemic. I ordered this to keep busy and occupy my mind. And emailing them hasn’t been helpful. I see other people are having same issues as I am. This is my 3rd scam. My advice, don’t buy anything from sketchy ads or websites, just stick to Amazon, EBay, and sites like those. I’m tired of this online shopping and getting scammed/ ripped off. It’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t shipped my order, pathetic. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you.

I purchased a paint by numbers 4/3/20 and received a confirmation that day. I was charged $39.95. I asked for tracking information 4/11/20 and was told it was coming. I received tracking on 4/17/20 and ever since then the tracking says the number has not been registered. I have been asking for my money back and have been denied apparently you only have 1 day from purchase date to request money back. They keep telling me to wait for the shipment, “We promise it’s on its way” but nothing. Now they have deleted their facebook page and the responses I keep getting are the same blanket responses.

They offer up canvas prints at a percent discount if you order now. Pick your color by number canvas design and you get the sales price. Then you can choose to add the frame at regular cost. Perfect, placed an order for a print with frame that I really loved. Upon payment instantly received an email that I will get a confirmation email and tracking info within 5 days. Waited 13 days and contacted them. assumed due to COVID-19 that they may have been backed up so waited extra time before contacting. In my email requested immediate cancellation of my order due to the fact it has not shipped and they can’t keep their word that prints will ship within 5 days. They proceeded to tell me I can’t cancel order as it must process, ship and I must have "received" goods. They also stated that it had indeed shipped but tracking is not available. So not only do they want me to wait until I receive to return, but when I return I have to pay for return shipment. Thus losing money on multiple ends.
