Like so many of the reviews I have read here, I am out $107.75 from this scam company Day Proud that advertises on their website “100% Iron Glad money back if not satisfied”. That is FALSE.
Ordered 3 bras and a power washing wand in April.
Try tracking the packages because my credit card was charged a few days later. Got some message stating that the USPS was waiting for the package. After about 10-12 days I contacted DayProud to cancel my order they said the can’t because it had shipped. Another FALSE statement. Because I did not received the bras ( still no power washing wand) until the end of July. After trying the bras on, they were cheap, Didn’t fit and the quality of the material was bad. They stated on the website when I purchased them they would support and hold and be comfortable. Another False statement. I was Zero Percent satisfied and contacted the company and was told I could not return them. So I contacted my credit card company to charge back my money. They started the process. Then all of a sudden I received another package with the 3 bras and finally the powerwashing wand. So the end result of the the credit card investigation was that the company had done its obligation and I was charged the 107.75. This company has scam me. I was not satisfied with the product (the bras) and they would not refund my money like the website stated. (“Iron Clad 100% satisfaction or your money back” A TOTALLY FALSE STAEMENT ON DAY PROUD’s WEBSITE. I also wrote 3 different reviews about my situation and they were never posted on Day PROUD’s website.

I also found this a ‘scam’ company. They are overseas somewhere (maybe Russia). I ordered July 29, bras arrived Sept 23. In the interim, I emailed them to cancel the order as I no longer needed it. When the bras arrived, I contacted the company to return them for a refund – like any normal company would do. NOPE. No refunds permitted unless the product was damaged. This is a disgrace. I will complain to my credit card company as well as PayPal. I don’t know why PayPal was even involved as I paid via credit card, not PayPal. Plus, their ads should not be permitted on FaceBook, which is where I found them. This is a total theft, scam and rip off.
I have almost the same situation. I did contact my credit card company to charge back my money. Then I received another shipment of bras(3 of them/my initial order) and my credit card company said that DayProud did there obligation and I had to pay the money. DayProud is the worst company out there and I also ordered these from a Facebook ad.
Terrible company. It is overseas and it is hell to get your money back or return anything. Pay pal worked with me but it was still a real hassle especially since it is overseas. The company Day Proud would not even reply back when I wanted to return clothing for a bigger size. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Surprised Pay pal even deals with this company.

Bought the bra. It took forever to get. Didn’t fit. Wanted to return it and was informed that unless it was damaged, that wasn’t going to happen. Total ripoff. No support for large boobs. Would not recommend unless you are an A cup.
They got me too. I purchased 2 months ago and it has still not arrived. Every email is a lie. They said it was in transit but could not give me a tracking number. After a month of asking for a tracking number they finally gave me one and it says the order has not shipped yet. They keep giving me the runaround on email. They refuse to give a refund. AFTER I put my order in, I was informed that if I cancelled the order I would be punished by paying 30% of my order as a fine. This was visible on line only AFTER placing the order. I cancelled and was told I would have to pay 10.68 cents fee cancelling a 34.plus change order for one bra. I am furious! Don’t deal with these people.

Took 2 months to get it, did not fit, they tried ignoring me to run out the return time only for them to tell me they won’t refund me for it…even though it does not fit. This company is shady. Karma!
I purchased XL bras (2) via DayProud on June 20,2020. they finally arrived August 13th.
Once received I tried them on and they absolutely are too small. The sizing charts are not accurate and I even got a size bigger than needed. The fabric and fit were just not “right”. The I just emailed them to get a refund and will wait for their response. Do not buy from this company. Their bras come under many other names, so be careful.
My bra took forever to arrive. It did not fit; it was labeled a 3X which should have fit loose and I couldn’t get it on, much less get the hooks done up. They refuse to refund my money so I guess I am stuck. I will never order off of Facebook ads again. I had problems with Inner Art from FB ad, too.

I too fell for the scam. The inferior quality of the bras makes them unwearable and the “refund” policy is not clear when ordering. You’re basically making a donation to this company because the product is worthless.

This company is a scam. I think they sell their bra products as a copy cat product of the original company that sold this new idea of this type of bra. My “beige” ordered bra came in an ugly golden color, 2 or 3 sizes too small, and no tags telling what the mateerial is made of, no washing instructions or where the product was made. I was so surprised when I realized it was just cheap china fabric! Overpriced, took forever to come, and I too recieved the can’t return answer. Then after a few emails, they said they would give me a 30% discount on my next order…huh…what? I would never buy another product from them. BIG Scammers.

I ordered 3 bras July 9, 2020 and to date have not received them. So, I started investigating and seen this site and posts. I emailed Day Proud requesting that my order be cancelled and credit card reimbursed. I also contacted my credit card company. They filed a complaint on my behalf for not receiving the merchandise. They will contact Day Proud to investigate further. Meanwhile, my credit card has been refunded by the credit card company. If I receive the merchandise, then the charges will be put back on. If not, I won’t have to pay. This is a nightmare. I went through something similar back in December. I won’t do the online shopping anymore. Too many scams out there.
I ordered a bra from Day Proud, although I didn’t realize the name of the company was Day Proud until I started looking for a way to contact them about my bra. I thought it was Ova, which is why is being promoted on social media. I ordered it in April 2020. Just received it on July 27 after many emails complaining and asking for details on the delivery. When I opened the package I could tell the quality was poor. I tried it on and it’s very cheap material. It doesn’t fit my chest or my shoulders. It doesn’t do anything the ad claims. My breasts were falling out of the side and the shoulder straps roll in on themselves. It is a total scam!
Unbelievable an absolutely horrible experience with this company! I’m a reasonable person and I understood all the issues with this pandemic. I ordered March 30th and received my 4 bras July 9th. My package was sealed and inside were my 4 bras. Inside their 4 separate sealed packages, the items were damaged, contaminated bras. The 1st bra in that sealed package was dripping with an unknown liquid. I took pictures. The other bras had mold, mildew growing on them. I contacted the company the next day asking for refund instructions. This began the very long drawn out process of emails going back and forth. They were asking for them information and pictures which I had already sent them in the previous email so I felt they were confirming I purchased 4 bras and I sent a picture of all the bras together. The next day I received a response that they made a decision to send replacement bras. I don’t want their products when I know that their practices of packaging items gave me unsafe products. I have no idea what the substance was. In this heightened time of awareness with the pandemic I was very concerned for the safety of my family. What was that substance?
I’m still demanding the refund I ask them for and I’m filling a report with The Better Business Bureau and I suggest you do the same.
I ordered a bra in April and it’s now July 25 and still no bra. After emailing them almost daily the last couple of months they told me over a week ago that my package in Stamford Connecticut but of course they didn’t provide a tracking number and it’s still not here.
Placed an order on May 5, 2020. It is now July 22, 2020 and still no product. I watched the video, 99% of what they claim in false. This bra in no way, shape or form is going to lift your breasts, improve your posture. The material is no more than T-shirts material with lace. It does not support anything. The only thing the little lace strips do when you hook them is squeeze your breasts together. The straps are so far apart they don’t stay on your shoulders. Their size chart is wrong. They do not refund or exchange unless they shipped you the wrong item. If it was damaged file a claim with the shipper. I waited for the bra to be shipped and after several weeks of it sitting in some location waiting for USPS to pick up, I asked for my money back. They refused to refund me then and refuse to refund me now. THEY ARE THIEVES.
I worked with PayPal to get my money back but my claim was denied. IDK. The bra was false advertised, DayProud has been allowed to false advertise and get away with it. I’m not real happy with PayPal either. You can buy this same bra at Walmart for $12.99.
Should have checked the web for reviews prior to ordering. But it didn’t show the name Day Proud as the seller. Ordered in April. Had no idea product was coming from China. They are using Co-vid 19 as the reason for delay. Tracking information is a crock. No updates. Someone needs to take their advertisements for the bras off the internet or flag the with a warning!

Dayproud is an online company so there is no physical place you can go to try on their products yet they sell items in which the fit is critical (such as bras). This would be ok if they accepted returns. I purchased the Ovafit Front Cross Wireless Bra and am very unhappy with the color, the fit, and the function of the product. First, the product I ordered was called “beige” yet what I received was an ugly light orange (nothing like the picture on their website). I would have never chosen that color, I wanted beige so that it would not show under my white blouses. They told me the color difference was “probably due to the influence of light”. If you can’t take an accurate picture of what you’re selling then at least describe it correctly; don’t call it beige, call it light orange. Secondly, I carefully measured myself according to their posted sizing guidelines and ordered what should have been the appropriate size yet it didn’t fit. Last, their website and video claim that the product provides lift without an underwire. It did not provide lift at all!
I brought all this to the attention of Dayproud on the same day I received the item and they refused to accept the return. Their email response to me stated that they only accept returns that are damaged during delivery but their policy states that they accept returns on items that are “faulty due to an error on their end”. I would think that delivering a product that doesn’t fit according to their own established measurement guidelines, that doesn’t function the way they claim it does and isn’t the color they describe it to be would be considered faulty due to an error on their end.
I feel their return policy is extremely self-serving with no regard for customer service or satisfaction. I have NEVER encountered a company that doesn’t take returns when the product is based on fit. Accepting returns, especially when the item cannot be tried on is simply the cost of doing business. My guess is that if people could actually try the item on and see it in person, the company wouldn’t be in business selling bras.
I feel their advertising is extremely misleading and I purchased the product based on their inaccurate pictures and description. This product does NOT stand up to what the company claims and when you receive it they will not take it back. Dayproud certainly should NOT be proud of this product and I wouldn’t take a chance on ordering anything from them because of their misleading advertising, false claims and refusal to accept returns.

Worst product ever. The ad showing full support and improved posture is not even over exaggerated…it’s completely false! The product is so flimsy. The cross straps that are supposed to provide the lift and support are too narrow and short. I order the correct size according to their size chart. This is a total scam! I ordered a bra in early April. Never received it. They sent several emails blaming the Coronavirus for the delay. Others report never receiving the item or receiving a sub standard product with no opportunity to return. They have my money. I have nothing.

How I wish I had read this site before my order with DayProud. I ordered through Facebook on April 9th and still have not received my order. Multiple emails back and forth have told me that it is in the process of being shipped. Yeah right. Scam, scam, scam.
Lesson learned the hard way. Ordered from Facebook ad. Received multiple emails stating product had been shipped, product was missing, etc. Finally received bra almost 2 months after ordering. Body of bra fit, but lace crossovers were too short. Sent images showing problem. DayProud refused refund even though pics clearly showed a manufacturing defect. What a scam. And an expensive one at that! $29.95 for nothing.

Should have known better than to click on a FaceBook ad. Placed order April 15th, 2020. Money came out of my account the same day. Received four emails a week apart saying my order was “still being shipped”. Then an email with an apology stating delivery delay was due to COVID-19. Two more emails saying item was shipped. I asked for a refund. Two more emails received with apology and stating item shipped. I asked for my money back again today. May not be worth it to file a fraud complaint with the bank, but definitely a lesson learned. Thumbs down on DayProud, and for that matter, thumbs down on FaceBook for allowing them to advertise. I placed an order on April 18 that I have not received. When I tried the tracking number, every time I received a response that that the order was in pre-delivery status. When I sent an email requesting to cancel the order, I was told that it was not possible to have a refund since the order was already in the delivery process. They kept referring to COVID-19 as the reason for delays. Now they are sending me promotional emails as if I would ever consider making another purchase from a company that didn’t come through the first time. I would warn anyone away from doing business with this company.

Ordered 3 bras May 25 and after 6 emails about we are sorry but due to Covid-19 there is a delay…blah blah blah. I wrote them and said Covid my @$$. The longest I have had to wait for products due to Covid was 14 days. They got the wrong one! Still not products.

Don’t purchase from Day Proud. Their sizing charts are way off and their bras aren’t cheap. They are not willing to refund my purchase, despite my following their sizing chart and ordering accordingly only to get 2 bras that would fit a typical 8 year old. They only refund the bras if they are damaged in the mail. I am not a dishonest person but this [censored]ic policy makes a person want to be dishonest.
Please share this as an effort to right a terrible policy and encourage them to refund customers in these cases. I feel robbed!
DayProud refused to cancel my order even though I had requested it before it was supposedly shipped. They keep giving excuses and ask me to be patient. Like previous reviews, they did not disclosed the timeline in delaying the shipping until I started complaining. I found other similar bras on Amazon for 1/3 the price.

Stay away from this company! Product origin and the time it takes to receive your merchandise are not disclosed upfront, the construction is mediocre at best, the product quality is misrepresented via Dayproud ads, the Dayproud customer service department issues false USPS tracking numbers that cannot be traced and they further attempt to placates their customers with useless repetitive jargon only to lull you into a coma! Their support staff emails are cryptic and spotted with grammatical error (second red flag!) . My product arrived via usps nearly 2 months, yes you read right, nearly 2 months after my initial order was placed… But not after an entity by the name of Doan Zuan Canh took payment in full (first red flag!) promptly after my order was placed. The product sizes of these bras are obviously crafted and constructed for petite Chinese women who can afford them and might possibly fit a malnourished American 14 year old! Once again, another demonstration by this dayproud company to misrepresent and misguide and scam their consumers. I promptly and politely requested a return authorization number from Dayproud and was… Wait for it… Declined! Surprise, surprise! Dayproud US advertises in Facebook, instagram and other social media. I ordered in March some bras which were supposed to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. I didn’t receive them items in April I contacted them, they said items were delivered, then gave me a number. Didn’t work. Then gave me an estimated delivery date of 2-4 more weeks. In May items didn’t arrive. They continue to say items were delivered to their shipping department In Chicago,
The items have not been received, I have asked for my account to be credited back and they can keep their items. They email the same email response every time.
Same as others. I ordered in April and it is now June. No product. They have my money and are refusing a refund. Post Office says they have not shipped. I am afraid they are a scam. I have contacted them several times .What can we do about this deplorable situation?
I ordered a bra in April. It is now June and I have not received my order or a refund . I’ve contacted the company several times and twice they’ve provided me with a shipping number. However, two months later this shipping number still states the product is in transport to a shipping facility. Do NOT order from this dishonest company. Spread the word they are a scam company!
Ordered a bra from them April 13, 2020. They have my money and I have no product! They have responded to my emails, telling me the product has shipped thus they cannot cancel my order and refund my money. I am calling BS on that one. For over one month it has been shipped. It is now May 31,2020.
Please save yourself frustration and do not order from this company.
So this has been a long road with you guys, I asked for my shipment to be canceled and it was Done within the 24 hour window. You guys neglected to read my email and proceeded the order. I purchased 2 bras from DayProud – took forever, but did finally receive 2 very small bras. While they had tags stating they were for the XXL size (for 40″ band size), their band sizes were only 26″ and not very stretchy – never fit anyone over a 30″ band size!
Despite contacting them several times, sending requested photos of defective product – no response now for over 2 weeks.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT purchase from this company. My product has been in preprocessing for 6 weeks and is not moving. The company keeps telling me since it’s shipped no refund and to be patient. 6 weeks is long enough- if you can’t get me my product refund the order.
Information about Dayproud; Paypal has the company listed as: Doan Xuan Canh https://ogostore.com/[email protected] Paypal processed the payment. I “escalated” my complaint and copied emails from Dayproud saying the couldn’t cancel my order becuase it had already been shipped but due to the coronavirus, shipments were behind. They included a tracking number that when I searched in usps says has not been shipped yet.
How can this website still be up and running? Why did Facebook run an ad for it; don’t they investigate to make sure it’s a legitimate company? Why would PayPal process payments for a scam business? I purchased the big elephant on March 27th. After several email exchanges with Dayproud, and searching the internet, I realized I had been scammed out of $50 and would never receive the product. Dayproud just keeps telling you it’s been shipped and in transit, and eventually most people probably forget or give up. I did file a complaint with paypal, but haven’t heard back yet. I can’t believe that these scammers are out there and no one has shut them down.

I purchased a garment online. I received confirmation email of my order indicating that the product was backordered. They blamed it on COVID. I later received email indicating that my order had been shipped, and was provided with a tracking number for the USPS, supposedly the service delivering my order. I checked the tracking number with the USPS. They had never heard of the tracking number or the company. I have requested refunds for over 6 weeks and only get a ridiculous form email back telling me that they are “sorry” that they just can’t refund the money because the package has already shipped. Then they say, here’s your tracking number. Of course, it’s not recognized by the usps. Four emails of the same. To date, no package has arrived, just one more email promising to deliver my order. It’s been two months…I now believe this is a phony website.
DayProud is just one of many, many chinese companies marketing to the US. If you’re lucky enough to get your order at all, it may not even be what you ordered or the quantity you ordered, and it’s DEFINITELY NOT the quality you expect. There’s no way to contact these people or get your money back. They just disappear.
Research all companies selling cool stuff, especially via ads on FB.

I ordered an Elephant baby pillow on March 12, 2020 for $45 from them. The website featured very positive reviews that should have been my first red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I have contacted them several times and they said it will be shipped soon to be patient but from the tracking number they provided all it says was lable created but it was never taken to USPS for shipment. I have asked for my money back several times and nothing was done. Do not order from this company they do not care about stealing your money and not giving you the product. I have placed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back which is the only thing I can do at this point.

I ordered a bra in February. Checked on it several times. Each email said shipped. Never received. Am reporting to BBB and posting on FB. It is ridiculous that this company is allow to continue these fraudulent products and scam and steal money
Did you find an address for them? I could not file with BBB as they have no record of them and I can find no location. I will know better next time. I received my product but it is not what was advertised after waiting two months.
My example is the same as everyone that have ordered from them. I have been given the same response word for
word. I have sent messages with every date that I have contacted them and they respond with the same pre printed message. I ordered my product March 20, 2020 they received my payment via PayPal on March 22, 2020.
Thankfully it was only $39.94
I am currently doing research to somehow get them. Starting with the BBB

I ordered my items first part of March. DayProud kept saying order had shipped. When I checked tracking number, USPS showed item not received. Tracking thru their site showed no such number. After several emails, they said item was delivered. I have requested a refund a few times now, since I have NEVER received my order. I have not heard back from them. Do Not Order from Them. Scam.
I ordered a bra in March. They have not even shipped it yet! I got an email on March 23rd that said it was shipped through the USPS, but they have not got any record of a shipment. I have received 3 emails from the company that said I should be patient, it has been shipped. They blame everything on the postal service or the virus. Now they are just ignoring me. I wish I had done more research. Do NOT order from this company! Also, their emails are full of improper grammar and English structure. I am sure they are based in a different country. This is a scam!
Placed my order in March and just received the bra. Unless you are an A cup, this is so flimsy. They will not refund as it is an “intimate” and must be “defective”. I am fighting for my $30 back. If anyone finds an address for this company, please share.
I ordered my product in February. I have received several emails, stating it has been shipped and to be patient. I looked at their website to find no address or phone number given. I do think this is a foreign entity, and may be bogus. They are advertising on Facebook, and it is too bad they have such free access to the internet.
Order a product from the on 12/26/19. Within days they say it shipped. February 3rd, still no item. If you look at their “tracking” the item is supposed to still be in China. I think they just take your money and hope you forget about the order. I disputed with my credit card company.

I emailed the company several times and all they said was be patient. They apparently sent another one and same thing. I have been trying to get a refund with no luck i have even filed a complaint with the BB and the Federal Trade Commission – do not order anything from Day Proud hey are a scam!
Had the same experience as person above. Even contacted PayPal to file a dispute and because they had tracking number, Paypal denied claim saying they have shipped. BUYER BE AWARE!

I purchased a package of low temperature solder electrical splices on line. I received confirmation email of my order indicating that the product had been backordered. I later received email indicating that my order had been shipped, and was provided with a tracking number for the USPS, supposedly the service delivering my order.
When I received an email stating that my order had been delivered, but I had not received it, I checked the tracking number with the USPS. They had never heard of the tracking number or the company.
To date, no package, just more email promising to deliver my order.
