I have ordered two items worth $60 July 2nd, 2020 and I still have not recieved anything. I tried reaching by email and Facebook and they keep telling me they are “looking into the issue” they are scammers!
I as well, have not gotten any kind of update, nor have I been able to contact anyone from this business, and it’s been 1 month since I put an order in 🙁
Ordered a curling iron, which was charged to my credit card. A week later and still no email to say it has shipped. Emailed them with no reply, phoned them…go answering machine. I dare say my money is gone…DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM! They shouldn’t be aloud to get away with this!
I phoned my credit card company and I was advised to call and dispute the charge and I was told that if I feel this website is shady to cancel my card and have it replaced. I will update when I get further into this.
I ordered and paid for hair supplies since July 31st, 2020 and till now I have got no response from them, I sent a mail no response.
Ordered $200 of hair colour in may 2020. Never shipped, never replied to any of my emails or phone calls or attempts at their chatbox or over Facebook messenger. Their store is supposedly open in Ontario, although they’re not answering calls there either.

I placed my online order with Diane Beauty Supply on June 28, 2020. ORDER #739616006. I ordered 3 x Wella Enrich Moisturizing Leave In Balm 5.07 fl. oz. for $20 CAD each, so my total order with tax was $67.20. I put this on my credit card, and they accepted the money. On July 7th, I changed my address, so I attempted to contact them via email, chat, phone to update my shipping address for the order. I received no acknowledgement that they were updating my shipping address after many attempts to contact them over the following days. On, July 10th, I canceled my order completely and requested a refund. I have contacted them via their website chat, when they’re available, which isn’t often, about a hundred times. If they do talk to me, they just make excuses as to why they haven’t refunded my money. I’ve sent countless emails. Left phone messages. Nothing. This company stole my money. They need to be held accountable and I need my money back.
My experience is the same as the review above. I placed an order and paid for it in full 5 weeks ago. They have ignored all of my attempts to get an update (phone, email, messenger)
