I placed a order on 8/12/20. In 12/20 zi discovered that my order had not been filled. I inquired about the merchandise and requested a full refund.
The 1st response was “I’ll have to discuss this with a supervisor and get back to you. “
Another week or so passed and I could see the order had been mailed. I was livid as I requested a refund. I received a second response showing the refund policy which says they will charge a 15% restocking fee. I keep emailing discountmask about my refund and now no one is responding. I refused the package when it was delivered and now I can’t get my $41.86 back.
I cant find my original method of payment therfore I cant dispute the charges. This company needs to be banned from doing business.
I ordered 3 masks, I was not happy with the quality and mailed all 3 back after a few e-mails between myself and the company. They received the masks back August 28th, I have not received a refund yet. When I e-mail now they basically are ignoring them, Chelsea has been the name on the e-mails, when I accused her of not responding to me, she replied with I am looking into your refund. Have not heard from her. So they have my $43 and they have their product back and I have no refund. Any help in getting my refund would be appreciated.

Mine was supposedly ship on April 22, still waiting. FedEx in Chino, California is still waiting for package. Thought this company was in the USA. But it isn’t. I ordered on April 16th.
