Same story for me. Ordered 8/4/2020. 8/31 got the email from Mr. Jason Ford they could not fulfill my order and I would get a refund. Nothing . Have tried twice to email no response. Now will go through my bank to get my money.
I should have known better not to use anyone who doesn’t use Paypal.
I’m from Ontario, Canada and I ordered from this site on Aug 7th. I received an email 17 days ago that my order isn’t avail and a full refund would be issued within 5-7 days.
I have had zero response to my emails and like the others have mentioned, the site is now down. I paid with my debit/visa and will be issuing a fraud investigations and hoping I can recoup my money somehow. Yup…I’ve been scammed 🙁
SCAM. I’m from Boston, MA. I ordered on 8/2. Never received the item. Emailed them twice. They have my $70.00. Below is their last response. Grammatical errors tell the story. SCAMMER.
I ordered july30 From IG got the same confirmation email. And when I tried to follow up got the same response from a Jason Ford contact. Never received now site is down.

I ordered their dynamic treadmill, saw it on an add on Facebook and received a confirmation of my purchase. Their website was up for a while and now has been deleted. I never received the product.
