Please do not deal with this company, it is a scam!

I called Trend Micro Internet Security and I got AAXIOM TECHNOLOGY REP. DANIEL MURPHY – EMP 2246. That I had to pay $399.99 for 2 yrs and also UNLIMITED SUPPORT a ONE TIME CHARGE. I would get the other 2 years for free. The PLAN states 1PC YRS SECURITY & UNLIMITED SUPPORT.

Type of a scam Tech Support

I thought I was calling my McAfee to talk to them about somethings on my computer and they answered, and said they was part of McAfee, but was a lot better and could find more bugs on my computer for me and better coverage and cheaper. They talked me into signing up with them for 3 years and was cheaper then McAfee, so they took 349.00 from my checking account by having me write a check, and then they scaned it from my printer, when I called back to have them help me a couple of days later I didn’t get anyone to help me, 2 days later they called me asking me what I wanted, I told them at that time I wanted my money back, which they told me I could have if not happy in so many days they would return to me, they have never return the money.

I ended up changing my checking account numbers, since they had my old ones, and called them several times to get my money back !!
