Invested with this company in May after seeing their new startup advertisement on the Angel Investment Network. Received a signed document from the owner stating initial investment plus profit from oil lift would be returned by July 18, 2018. The owner of the business did not mention any sort of business expenses in his pitch, but then passed them on to investors anyway. The owner/operator has lied multiple times on needing more money sent for expenses (which I complied with) stating they would cover future lifts, but then came back weeks later stating that the same expense needed covered again for the very next lift. The owner/operator has refused to answer any emails when I copy/paste any of his exact wording on these expenses, and has now not answered any requests for a payout on his signed contract. A lawsuit may be needed inevitably to regain my money, but for anyone else, stay away from them!
