I am a senior citizen. I received a call on my cell phone from 718-551-3718 (Adam Brown) had a foreign accent. H asked if I was aware of the U S Treasury filing a law suit against me. He told me o call the Senior Officer Kevin Spenser at 718-551-3718 to find out any further information. I did not make a call to Kevin Spencer as I was positive it was a scam and called the U S Treasury. They had a broadcast message on their general line regarding calls of this nature.
I felt it should be reported to the BBB to enable you putting out the message.
