Indian man called and said there is a lawsuit against me from United States Credit Services. Gave case number but would not tell me who is filing lawsuit. Told me balance is $5484.87. Asked me if I banked at certain bank still. I told him no. He then told me that I could just wait for the paperwork and then obtain an attorney. Phone number he called from was 1-646-205-3834. This man had heavy indian accent, then transferred me to his "senior representative", this person sounded exactly like the same man and told me his name was Kevin Jones.

The They threaten to levy bank accounts and call employers because they have not been repaid for a loan they never handed out. The state court can be avoided if a payment of 5400 dollars is paid.
