I received a call on my cell phone June 13, 2016. A man with an east-indian accent. He informed me that I was a candidate in a survey that was selected from a group of 5100 citizens who paid there bills on time, had no bankruptcies, no criminal record. I was entitled to a $7000.00 grant to use as I pleased. I did not have to pay it back. He had already had my e-mail address and zip code. He asked for verification of my phone # , age., When I asked him what was his phone # was he would not give it to me. When I was called the # showed up as a private Number on my phone. He got irritated when I started to question him and became evasive. He claimed I was taking too long to answer his questions. He said I would have to speak to his Senior Acct. Mgr. after I give him all the necessary information. When I asked to speak to this mgr. he became frustrated and gave me this # 253-336-6088. The Senior Mgr. name was Ricky Field. I did not speak/call him. The caller said I should call him back tomorrow. Also the caller wanted to know how I wanted to have money sent to me. His options were: Wal-mart green card, Western Union, Direct Deposit.

Type of a scam Government Grant
A Michael Clark stated that I was chosen to received a U.S Federal Grant in the amount of $8,200.00 which I will received for 3 years and will not have to paid this grant back. He wanted me to call 646-820-2467 to talk to some representative and give him my code# and then make arrangement to received my money by wire, check, and western union.
I have not called the number, so I wont be able to answer questions below
