Type of a scam Utility
I was contacted to recieve $8,500 refund for paying my utility bills on time . No criminal offenses or bankruptcy in the past 7 years.
They wanted me to go get a I tunes gift card and pay them $300.00 to be able to transfer the money into my savings account.
I am disabled and 60 years old. Is this real or a scam.
