I received a message through Facebook messenger from someone who I know to be deceased (Alice Kline).
They are telling me about a grant opportunity. They sent me a link via messenger- facebook.com/usagrant2019.
I could not figure out how to report this to facebook.
I believe that using (hacking) Alice’s facebook (it included an photo of her) is a potential problem for seniors.
