Victim being called is Willie Mae Dailey. Caller says they are from Dept. of Legal Affairs and that her case number is CL87921. Victim says the person on phone says that the Grand Jury is involved and this is a criminal case and she needs to get a lawyer. Also that she will have to "go before a Magistrate Judge and he will unfold on you and it won’t be a good thing."
